Reservation Information

  • Check-In & Check-Out

    In June, July, and August we have to be pretty tight on our check-in and check-out times to ensure the cabins are ready for you and the next guests.

    • Check-in is at 4:00 PM
    • Check-out time is at 9:00 AM 

    With prior arrangements, these times can be flexible in our off-prime weeks, in the spring, fall, & winter. 

    • Early Check-In: Early access to all resort amenities without access to your cabin until our regular check-in time of 4:00 PM is $200 per reservation (limited availability). If arrival is prior to arranged check-in time, the amenity fee will be automatically added.

    *Only one discount may be used per cabin (Senior Rate or Two Person Rate). Two-night minimum for discount. Only available during the dates above.

  • Deposit Information

    A deposit of half the rent, before tax, for each cabin and boat reservation is required at the time the reservation is made.

    We can make arrangements to send a payment link or you are welcome to send a check. Phone and e-mail reservations are held for 7 days while we await the deposit.

    Reservations are final after we receive your check and you receive a confirmation from us by email.

    If you'd like to pay your deposit by card, here is a payment link for your convenience.

  • Cancellation Information

    A deposit is refunded when the opening(s) created by your cancellation is refilled at full-season rates, less a $75 rebooking fee for each unit canceled. Receipt of your deposit commits you to this policy.

  • Resort Policies

    • We do not allow jet skis, camping, or fireworks. 
    • We have a neighbor friendly quiet rule from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
    • All cabins are non-smoking.
    • ATVs are welcome but must be parked at the entrance of the resort (for easy in/out of the resort).
    • Dogs are welcome only with prior arrangements & only in certain parts of the season. See FAQs for pet guidelines & pet fees ($30/day).
    • Cabins can fit more than the rated number, but has an additional charge for extra persons at $27 per day (Ages 2+).

  • Taxes & Credit Card Convenience Fee

    • Invoices are subject to Minnesota and county sales tax at 7.375%.
    • Check or cash is always accepted.
    • We accept all credit cards, Venmo, and PayPal. There is a 3% credit card acceptance fee (2% for Venmo & 3% for PayPal).
    • Rates are subject to change.
